1. Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number when you provide one, payment information processed by the payment gateway, prompts, generated output, IP address, browser and device information, and service usage logs.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to provide the service, process payments, maintain account and credit balances, prevent abuse, improve Trineye, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment data

Trineye does not store card numbers or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay and Paddle. Those providers handle payment data under their own privacy policies.

4. Third-party AI processing

Your prompts and uploaded files are transmitted to third-party AI model providers so they can generate the requested output. This means your prompts and uploaded files leave Trineye’s systems for this purpose.

5. Storage and retention

Generated files are retained for 30 days from creation and are then deleted. Account and transaction records are retained for as long as required by law.

6. Infrastructure

Trineye uses Supabase and Cloudflare R2 to store and deliver data. These providers process data needed to operate the service.

7. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication sessions and basic analytics. These cookies help keep you signed in, secure the service and understand basic usage.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to team@trineye.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Children

Trineye is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly offer the service to children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal duties change. We will publish the revised policy on this page, change the date at the top and, for material changes, provide notice through the service or by email.
