Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Trineye, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Trineye is

Trineye is an AI generation platform operated by Onyx Web Studios, a sole proprietorship. It provides access to third-party AI models for video, image, audio, text and 3D generation on a prepaid credit basis through trineye.com.

3. Accounts

Each person may maintain one account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Credits

Credits are prepaid and consumed per generation. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation, and 50% of unused credits roll over. The credit cost of each generation is shown before you confirm it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Trineye to generate content that:

• is illegal;
• is sexually explicit and involves minors;
• infringes another person’s intellectual property;
• impersonates a real person without their consent; or
• is used for fraud, harassment or misinformation.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

6. Ownership of output

Subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, you own the content you generate. Trineye claims no ownership over your output.

7. Third-party models

Generations are processed by third-party AI providers. Their availability, pricing and terms may change. Trineye is not liable for a model provider’s downtime, output quality or changes to its service.

8. Storage

Generated files are stored for 30 days from the date of creation and are then permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading your content within that period.

9. Service availability

Trineye is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Onyx Web Studios and Trineye for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Trineye during the 30 days immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Your continued use of Trineye after an update means that you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service.
